Head bobbing while sprinting, removed?

Hello. I want to ask ZOS why they have removed that small head bobbing in first person. First of all I'll explain:
I always play in first person, and I always liked to have head bobbing. I don't really care if it is a small head bobbing or not, but I like to have it. I logged in in the PTS some weeks ago, when there was the update 1.3.0, I tested the dyes and other things, and then I started to sprint, what a surprise! there was a small head bobbing in first person while you sprint. I was so happy, because finally we were going to get head bobbing.
Then, when the update came to the megaservers... The first thing I did was sprint in first person... They removed the head bobbing that was in the PTS... Why? Why did you removed the head bobbing? Will you add it again?
Maybe you could add it again, with configurable options : )
