if someone can contact any member of my trade guild, Twilight Market, i need kick me
from this guild, maybe this will solve the problem I have from 8 days ago. I can not load any character and support does nothing to fix it.

Just curious, why do you think being a member of that guild is causing your problem?

because a member of the support told me that my problem is related to this guild. this problem have the last to enter this guild before patch 3
we are many players who are having this problem, which is still not officially recognized in the forums

It looks like the issue you're experiencing is related to the guild Twilight Market, which has been causing log-in issues for some of the newer members that joined. We're investigating the issue extensively in hopes of coming up with a solution very soon. As the guild is global, I'm aware that you're not able to log in to any of your characters, and I sincerely apologize that this is occurring.

If there's anything I can do in the interim, please let me know and I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

Anyway...

It is odd that they cannot simply remove you from the guild.

I would help by asking in zone chat for anyone in your guild, but I am on the NA server and just read that you are EU.

Good luck. I hope you find someone on the EU server to help and get this resolved.

I asked the support if they could get me out of the guild, I did not answer that question
