From time to time, I have noticed that after my character leaves a cutscene or "Flashback" instance that puts me in the place of another character in TES lore it will change my appearance when I arrive back to my character. This time I thought it was pretty funny. 
This nose job is horrendous lol. A simple relog fixes the issue but it's still fun.
Would have liked to get better images but It's not that big of a deal.
