Freezes at loading screen

After I choose a character it starts loading and then it just freezes everytime, I could play just fine the day before that happened. When I try to click the screen the game crashes. I have tried to quit all other programs while loading, setting the graphics to minimum, repair button and even uninstalling the whole game. Nothing works. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
