Location of the Earth Forge?

I had finished the fighters guild quest awhile back and had been in the forge once, but now I forgot where it is and have been unable to find it. Can someone point to the right direction? I tried checking in a number of fighter guild buildings but have not found the entrance.

The portal I think is in the Fighters Guilds in Evermore (Bangkorai), Rawl'kha (Reaper's March), or Riften (The Rift).

Also, you need to have finished anything fighters guild quest based to gain access...

Also sometimes the portals are not showing within the different fighters guilds, if not, simple solution, relog.
