How about having an Open PVP Cyrodiil campaign?

Rules are simple.

1. All players outside of your group can be attacked.
2. Your faction guards will attack any players (including your faction) they see that are fighting players in your faction.
3. Safe zones are inside of the home spawn areas only.

that sounds intriguing. But how would sieges work then? You'd be fighting other people to claim the keep for the same side?

I thought about this for two reasons.

One, two be able to kill people you don't like on your own faction. You could also effectively "duel" anyone here.

Two, to introduce the concept of friendly fire. It would make you a lot more conscious of your positioning vs other players to avoid killing friendlies.

Oh and I guess the game would need a 4th rule. Forward camps could only be used by the group that placed it. You would only see the camps on the map placed by your group and the overlap radius only applies to those camps.

I'm surprised no one else posted in this. It sounds pretty interesting to me personally. The friendly fire feature would make aoes a lot less of a problem and require people pay attention during sieges.

Yes! Sounds fun...ofcourse now, this won't go out live but for the fun, yes!
Also, the friendly fire ideea sounds good if would be implemented in a good way, thinked 3 times or more and applied once. This would stop spamming blobs.
