This game.

The game itself is quite entertaining, the game got an interesting story, i enjoy how i can use every weapon in the game and add skills among it. I like the crafting system. I love how the environment is, however i don't know how the story ends, and i never got to see and explore all the areas for my self, why?
I only got to play 18 days for this game, the rest of the time my game crashed due to some unknown issue. I get to put my password in and log on, when i choose what character i want to play the game crashes in the loading screen.

I've obviously contacted support, and got forwarded to some high tech team in their company because they couldn't understand my problem, or how to fix it. So in belief i though they would fix my problem, instead they said they would come with an update shortly and i haven't heard from them in 5 days. My issue still isn't fixed, i tried contacting them the past few days, but i get no response. So with 3 days left of my game time, and my issue still not fixed i wouldn't recommend this game to anyone with such a bad customers support. I feel ignored, and that my opinion doesn't matter concerning this issue. my issue.

It is possible you hashtagged something in your support mail to them. This makes your opinion not matter and people will want to ignore you but I will play along...

Don't worry, the hashtags isn't clickable so it won't spread throughout the media. But I used them to prove a point that obviously worked for you to respond to. So i wonder who's downgrading now.

The really funny part about this is, if your game is crashing when you try to load a character up, it might be faulty addons. This was the case for me.

I've removed all addons and did a cleanup in all the eso folders so there's no addons that can interfere. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game so who knows what the problem may be

Other people have reported the problem too.

Doesn't mean it isn't a client-side hardware / driver issue. None of us commenting here can say and the OP didn't list any trouble shooting steps taken. So whose to say who to blame?

Is your computer having problems running anything else? Especially things that would be taxing to your ram. It may be a faulty RAM chip.

Also, I had this problem recently where things weren't working that should be working fine, I couldn't update my graphics drivers and Minion gave me an error and wouldn't run and a few other weird things, this continued until I gave up and reformatted my hard drive.

I realize that's an extreme measure but it may fix that and any heretofore unseen future problems with other software.

A friend of mine had the adobe flash problem and we found the solution on this site.

Hope for you that those tips on that site works. We all know how frustrating it can be that you can't play this wonderfull game
