People are here love to complain. It even doens't matter if there is a problem or not. They just come here to say "nerf this, nerf that".
After all those great improvements you'll just say "well,ZOS ruined this game, let's get out of here".
Downgrading abilities is the worst thing possible. Things must be improved. They must evolve, not degrade. And when you say that YOUR class is bad and something needs to be done about that within YOUR class, then this is the right type of thinking. When YOUR class is bad and you want to nerf OTHER class...well,that says a lot.

Use your brain and hands, this is really helps to solve most of your problems.

Thanks for attention and sorry for mistakes,I'm not a native english speaker.

I'm not sure I can agree with that.

Developers create an ability with a purpose in mind. It might be to give a class a certain type of damage or crowd control, or give it access to a form of motion or just do something cool.

But each ability is one tiny piece in a very VERY complex web. Theories and expectations on how an ability will be used and how it will run can fall apart when you hit actual play. The result is that an ability can be underwhelming when examined through what the player base tends to use it for, or overpowered.

Why should the developers boost everything else up to match an ability that ended up more powerful than they expected? Balance is a precarious beast, which is why ZOS makes changes slowly and a bit at a time, to see how the changes pan out. Raising everything to match the overpowered ability is a much more difficult thing than lowering one ability to the level of the others. Lowering is about trying to get the one ability to match a set base level. If you raise an ability, you are creating a new level of balance that everything else has to come into line with, which is going to result in more unbalanced abilities.

And consider this. If you unbalance another ability in trying to raise everything to match the first, what happens when you need to raise everything again to the new bar?

And no, sadly it isn't as simple as brains and hands. There is a point where skill can't trump numbers. That's why the developers nerf things to be more in line with each other.

Well,my post was more about humans. Maybe I just can't explain myself properly. People here often not interested in fixin things. They want to break all things to mach things that are already broken. This is what seems funny to me.
Sure,we don't want billions of damage and so on. But abilities should be interesting and work in different ways, not just be like "cost 10 stamina, deal 10 damage to 1 target".
Or just take a look at vamps. You can kill vamp easily in seconds, but most of people come to forum and type something like "vamps are op,make them immovable during ultimate, give them 100% fire damage" and so on. And there are a lot of examples like this.

Well....if the brain is OP then I feel you have nothing to worry about. You most certainly are not over powered.
I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
    1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
    2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
    3) Difficulty slider.
    4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.

I won't show you how owerpowered I am,comparing to your royal ignorance. I'm afraid you will ask to nerf my brain.

And I just can't stand crying children.
