Good Videos to Learn ESO Combat Techniques?

Sorry for the weird title, didn't know how to word it. I am basically wondering if there is any YouTuber who posts videos that I can go see which tell me 1.) What kind of Armor/Attributes I should be running 2.) How I should set up my skill bars 3.) How to evaluate a PvP/PvE situation and use the skills accordingly. I recently got into Ganking and a dueling guild, but I lose easily to people below me because I only focused on AoE for zergs/PvE and maintaining a distance from targets. With duels and such, people can attack me from afar. I am a sorcerer but I have no clue what armor/weapon/skills/anything for this kind of stuff.

That can only come with experience and experimentation. Though I personally have 2-3 sets of stuff on me for different situation...Oh and dont stand in red circles, red circles are bad.
