Any good ghost spots for EHP?

Trying Monster Hunter but I'm having a hard time finding a spot for ghosts. Guides are sparse and the only one that I've found is for daggerfall, meaning I'm tromping around a VR1 spot for 1,000 ghosts...

Crow's wood was the first place I thought of but since the spawns are tied to a world boss, they don't respawn with any sort of regularity. Has anyone else found a good spot to farm ghosts for this title?

Ah, yes. Thank you. Knew I was missing somewhere obvious. For some reason I was under the impression those vanished when you completed the quest...

Well they seemed to for me. They aren't wraiths, so humanoid is fine. Pretty sure the ones in Auridon work too, but I killed them in my V1 zone so I could level abilities.

I would honestly recommend doing your farming in a dungeon or delve, as it is not very polite to interrupt people's play by farming where they need to quest. Dungeons tend to be more out of the way.

Crow's wood ghosts are not tied to the group challenge, the wraiths are.

I would suggest Crow's Wood, Forgotten Crypts (Deshaan) or Hall of the Dead (Eastmarch). I found a couple of dungeons in Glenumbra (vet content) that have ghosts, but respawns in the Public Dungeons are faster.

Well, the Netches in Bal Foyen got hell from our guild a couple of hours ago! :P

So if you're looking for them another time that's the best place.

Well, you are going to annoy people anywhere you go. Though, I would rather anoy farmers than someone trying to progress their quests.

And the farmers may just add you to the group, at least it will prevent you from 'stealing' to much from them

I spent an hour in Glenumbra's dungeon and got all of 40 ghosts. Spent an hour in Crow's wood and maybe got 60 of them?

Spent 10 minutes in Davon's Watch running the same circle pattern and got the remaining 600 that I need thanks to the quick respawns.

I think in this case people can be mildly inconvenienced by one farmer.

That is why I recommended that one after all.

It's just a note of courtesy. And sometimes respawns in delves can be just as good. (Just don't rely on that notion) if you are looking for a place to get constructs, the inner sea armature to the north has a decent respawn time, and you can gather some large pulls to do it quick.
