Crashing hanging in PvP

Ok what am I doing wrong? since 1.3 I constantly crash in PvP. every 5 mins tonight the screen freezes or more to the fact everyone freezes and I can still move around more like it its like a time stop for everyone but me after 5 mins it drops out with an unknown error then I get stuck on loading screens coming back in. I get in try to get going again after shutting down launcher and restarting, siege fine we charge everything freezes again. 2 hours and about 20 mins actual playing time.
I tried lowering my setting from ultra to medium no change.
My comp easily runs the game never crashed b4 update 1.3 now its unplayable and I cant stand it any more.
