What it the minimum Mbps download and upload speed needed to play ESO?

I currently am using Comcast and have a 28/5 Mps, Down and upload speed. I plan on moving out to the mid west and where I want to live has only a 7/3 Mps connection with the commercial ISP plan.

Is 7/3 Mps fast enough for ESO PVP? The game specifications do not specify the internet speed.

I am living in Australia and have a 2.7/.7 connection and have no problems (apart from usual Australian ping).

I have 55mbps down and 10 up, I STILL get lags in cyrodiil PvP.

Playing the game does not take much bandwidth.

A low Ping and Jitter are more important then some huge throughput number.

Getting large patches does however take some downloading.

I got curious. I fired up the bandwidth monitor in my router and played a bit in shadowfen. Lvl 31 sorc with 2 pets out.

I had a spike or two that went as high as 100Kbps, for the most part I was under 50 Kbps.

This was for the WAN side of my router, so my whole network while playing.

Online gaming only sends small amounts of information back and forth, basically coordinates and damage values and a few other things. So, bandwidth usage is small over all.

What will suck at 7Mb is downloading a 4 or 6GB update.....
