Unable To Load Metafile?

I have looked everywhere on the forums for a fix, and can't seem to find anything. This has recently happened after either the migration or hotfix.

Can anyone help? Or will i have to contact customer support.

I have the same problem too, I already 'repaired' the launcher three times and it didn't help ***? Anyone found a solution for this?

Yeah the repair doesn't seem to do anything, and no danger am i uninstalling again!

I got this today when I mistakenly left clicked on my desktop icon.....

Instead of right clicking and 'running as administrator'.....

Closed the Launcher and re-opened using second method.....

Patch downloaded and game works fine, hope this might be your issue

Closing down the launcher & restarting it a couple of times fixed it for me.

I deleted the version file from the launcher directory and it just went straight through

This worked for me:

• First, Right Click on the launcher and go to Properties.
• From there, go to the compatibility tab. If you have Windows 8, click in the Compatibility box and select Windows 7.
• At the bottom of the screen, check the box for "Run As Administrator".
• Hit Apply, then Ok.
• Then Right Click on the Launcher and go to "Run As Administrator."
• The game should now download any updates and install them. Once that completes, Play the game.
