    The dyes are unlocked per character, just because someone has a VR12 character with a dye unlocked doesn't mean it's unlocked for all their characters.
    People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

    Oh ok thanks, I guess I misunderstood:

    "When a dye is unlocked, it will be available for all characters on your account."
