Addon that shows crit type for abilities?

Does anyone know if it's possible to add additional information to the tooltip on abilities? I would like to know with ease if an ability uses spell or weapon crit.

Most of Nightblade class abilities use Weapon power and Weapon Crit so they can get the "sneak attack" bonus (normally spells cannot).
Healing Staff uses Weapon power but spell crit (but the Channeled nature of it's attack makes it unsuiteable for sneak attacks).
The list goes on and on. I guess they shy from changing it for fear of breaking the balance right now and they don't document it because they really don't need another pointless "they belong all fired" thread.
