ESO Launcher Won't Open

I have played ESO for a while now but haven't been on in a few weeks so when i went to come on on Friday 08/08/14 i couldn't open the launcher
Whenever i try and open ESO it just pops up in task manager for a few seconds then disappears again.
I have been on the internet and forums for the past two days trying to search for how to stop this problem and have tried all the options i have found on the internet and nothing seems to have worked
The launcher will not do anymore than pop up in task manager for a few seconds
Please Help i wan to play this game

✭do u open it by right click and open as admin? I have to do that in order to make it work0 -

✭what about cleaning your pc for malware/spyware and such, maybe you have something that blocks it from opening right?0 -

Zarman✭✭✭Check to see that your antivirus isn't marking it as malware, mine did a few months ago.0 -
When trying to use the launcher I get a Bethesda.net_Launcher .exe - System Error. Says the program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I've reinstalled ESO several times but it still gives me this when I try to launch ESO. Any help please?0
