-5 Potion VR5+ Glyphs still Not working Zenimax

I'm currently VR10 and I haven't been in a rush to reach VR12 because my build ("Thirsty Thief - Counter Punch") is currently still using VR1 potions because the -5 speed bonus on jewelry isn't working for the VR5+ Glyphs...

Can someone please confirm this? Has anyone found a work around?

I wanted to wear the Covenant Jewelry set, but since it's a VR10 jewelry set it kinda makes it impossible to use in my current build.

Just making Zenimax aware of this.

    Mentioning it here doesn't guarantee ZOS will be aware. Be sure to /bug it in game if you think its not working as intended.

    I use them on my character and they work just fine. Timed them to verify just to be sure.

    Are you using white glyphs for it or higher quality? I read somewhere that it made a difference on the quality of the glyphs so made mine Epic to be safe.
