How much damage is it supposed to do?
On the day of the patch I was doing like 300 - 400 damage a tick.
The next day, and currently, I am doing more like 30 damage a tick.
I liked the ability, obviously, when it did more damage. As it is now, it isn't worth a slot on my bar. In a protracted pvp fight, 300 damage over 10 seconds isn't worth the ultimate points spent. On another note, it doesn't seem like it really caps incoming damage to 3% - my health drops just as fast with it active as without. I'm better off with soul assault or something like that.
