What is the guild store bank gold used for? Who controls it? Can the leader take it at will?

What, so far, has been the general going bid rate for a weekly kiosk spot?

Do the leaders set the price for the tabard?

    The guild master, and whoever he designates, has control and access to the guild gold.

    I don't think the kiosks bids have happened yet. The bids are in, but the time for acceptance hasn't happened. The current traders were hired temporarily by asking because they weren't under contract yet.

    Not positive but I think the tabard price is the same for everyone and set by the game.
