I use an xbox 360 controller with xpadder; before the patch it worked flawlessly. After the patch, only when I enter the map, is where I have an issue. On any other page view (inventory, guild tab, journal, etc.) as soon as I move the left joystick for movement, it takes me out of the page and back into game play. When I enter the map, however, no amount of moving the left joystick does anything. I have to press the escape key to exit the map.
Anyone else notice these issues or can lend any insight please? The helpful peeps at customer service kindly suggested I reset the escape key on my keyboard...*sigh*

If they are similar emulators I would check the code for the mouse movement and make sure mouse sensitivity hasn't changed. Also have you tried with another remote? I know my buddy had to use a 360 controller and not one of the knock offs to get it to work properly without drift.
Also what do you have key-mapped for for left toggle when its clicked?

I use Xpadder and a 360 controller myself, Close it and open it as an "administrator" will fix all the issues.
I have never had the map issue, But set it to the "start" button on the controller, then hit it once, and again to close it. I often run around with it open to check my position, it's actually really handy to be able to look at it while your moving.

Will have to verify but I am pretty sure I do open it as admin (at work right now so will have to check when I get home). The profile I use has Journal mapped to the start button with the map accessible by holding in the left trigger and then hitting start. Works great as well, once muscle memory kicks in!!
The question I have is why did it work prior to the patch, if the trigger is the issue?

It states that the changes aren't live however this article says they are working on official support. Maybe they slipped up?

There's no coding needed for xpadder it's as simple as mapping the keys to the diagram of the controller. You literally click on the key for the trigger on the diagram, hit (a key) and boom it's mapped.
You can of course adjust toggles sensitivity and there are a lot of other functions like macroing available if you need them. I used a ton of the macro commands when I played WoW.
But in ESO its straight forward, and while there are too many keys/skillslots) to be "ideal" (one of the main issues they are having with the Console port, there are too many input commands to map to a controller without using the D-pad for main function skills, and not enough to put "every" command you might need while playing).
But you get by just fine as long as you have a couple different setups or don't mind hitting the horse command on your keyboard or whatever on occasion. (if you prefer your quickslot bar to be mapped to the controller instead of the Horse for example)
