Are the Rings of Mara ever likely to be an independent item for sale?

Both my partner and I have the Imperial Edition and have both used our rings (so we have two sets of characters who are married). I would like to think that at some stage in the future we might decide to marry off another set and was wondering if anyone knows if the rings are likely to be an independent item for purchase.
