Popular Provisioning Mats

Hi all,

After the patch, many of my adons broke and I was forced to go out and get new ones. I've found a more efficient way for me to play with mats and junk loot.

I want to keep some provisioning mats to sell etc, but obviously not all of them since there are so many.

What provisioning mats are in high demand? What should I be keeping and selling? I am VR7.

Usually those are mats for vet 5 recipes. Blue and purple ones.
I think most sought after are: tomatoes, oats, honey comb, onion, salt, pepper, red wheat and garlic. Those would be my suggestions, I hope it helps.

Honeycomb, Bervez Fruit and Jazbay Grapes the only VR5 Ingredients. You might also keep the lesser L50 Mountain Berries and Mudcrab Meats as well as the White Malt, Rice Mash, Ribier Grapes, Imperial Flour, Pinguis and Imperial Stock.

Red Wheat, Barley, Oats, Salt, Garlic, Pepper, Onion, Potato and Tomato are Food Improvement ingredients used by blue/purple recipes of any level (I have L15 Blue recipes which use some of them)

Hallertau Hops, Hops, Saaz Hops, Snowberry, Juniper Berry, Canis Root, Concord Grapes, White Grapes and Piquant Jazbay Grapes are Drink Improvement ingredients used by Blue/Purple recipes.

Since I play Alts I use uesp.net/wiki/Online:Provisioning_Ingredients to determine what to keep and what to redirect to a different Alt
