How does one raise Spell Damage stat?

Besides gear sets, how is spell damage stat raised? That cap seems hard to reach.

Spell damage enchants on jewelry. If you put spell damage on all 3 you will be over the cap at v12.

Other than that you can use potions.

Just remember that spell power doesn't apply to restoration or destruction staff only non weapon abilities.

Several new sets have spell damage, either that or Spell damage enchants as stated.
