Well, VR14 alchemy stuff was found a while back (IIRC, or wat is an enchant) and the patch notes refer to removing VR14 fro group finder I think, so this seems to be another case of the cat being let out of the bag early.

Meh prob something coming in the near future, a stop gap before the transition to the champion system to give people who reached V12 something to do. The item, prob forgotten to take it out of the 1.3.3patch.

Its a fake link, if you know how the item id works, you can fake link items up to V15. The most common is to post links selling 'legendary' jewelry or weapons with two enchantments (one 'un-replaceable' and a player added done). Just cause the game has an ID value for it, does not mean its really in the game

Someone was jokingly trying to sell VR15 food the other day in chat.
