Don't you know our forums Terms of Service?:

"The Elder Scrolls Online forums are only for complaining and whining, ensure you use emotive language, label words and provide no proof of anything you say.

As part of our policy to enable the disabled, we suggest you use capitals as much as possible, so even the blind can see your posts clearly.

Remember, a stupid caption picture or video link says far more than a reasoned post. Use them as much as possible.

Please do meaningless polls as often as possible, and ensure that the majority of players will not be able to find a choice that suits them.

Respond to any comments about your post that you do not like with scorn, abuse and derision."

So those guys are only following the ToS, well the one they think they read anyway. :)

You forgot the bit about polls being compulsory.

I don't PVP either. Haven't had a chance yet to try it on here. But in other games I've found PVP to not be ... viable. Coming to the conclusion that it isn't a feasible feature of an MMO. Sounds fun, but the implementations have always left too much to be desired.

Wait. This is a cry about the criers? Sheesh.

"I've played MMO's for 10 years and never changed a thing I was doing blah."

Really? So that means paying customers should just shut their mouths, stuff their ears and cover their eyes? LOLs.

Leave them be and let things get sorted out in the arena of ideas.

It's a fun game, but based on your opinion I'd say you shouldn't care one way or the other what people do, say or complain about. Your going to have fun anyway. Gawds

Thanks, I put that one in now! :)

You're exactly what I am talking about, Vizier. One who reads but does not comprehend. There is a difference between providing constructive feedback to improve the game and...just whining. But that just flew over your head, apparently.

I really like the game. Are there problems? Of course. Will there always be problems? Of course. But at the end of the day it is all stuff I can live with, or work around.

A couple of points; the grass in not greener on the other side. Problems in this game will plague every other MMO to some degree. They may not be as bad in some areas, but then they will have serious problems that Zenimax handled quickly.

At the moment I see Zenimax working hard and having a plan. If you don't agree with that plan, then I understand, go elsewhere for your MMO. But I have played MMOs that had no plan, and shot down every idea from players (cough LoTRO cough) and those MMOs sucked.

I initially had eso pre ordered for ps4, and had been psyched about it since it was announced. In the time between the pc release and the console postponement, I was following the forums and other reviews, and the predominant negativity made me hesitant. My sister's boyfriend told me how awful it was, but then admitted to not having played it, and based his opinion on a gamespot review. I can understand disliking a game for legitimate reasons. I couldnt stand ffxiv arr, even though I thought it was very well done. Both games have some pretty big shoes to fill, But it seems like there was/is a feeding frenzy of negativity around eso.

people love to complain. Studies have shown that alot of obese people over eat because of an increased pleasure response to eating occurs in their brain. Im pretty sure that similar studies would show that alot of mmo gamers complain because of an increased pleasure response while complaining.

Anyway, ive been playing for the last month, and this has turned out to be one of my favorite games played, and my favorite mmo. One of the things I like most is the combat. Id always avoid mobs in other games, but I go outta my way to be violent in eso. I think they did a fantastic job capturing/relaying a sense of kinetic empathy, like, hitting someone with an enormous burning sledgehammer feels very satisfying.

Yes & No. Always been that way in ESO for me and probably always will be. The things I love about the game are truly fun and things I hate drive me insane. I just try to steer clear of insanity whenever possible (like those things that have issues after patches).

No where in the TOS does it state that you are allowed to have "Fun" We kindly ask that you cease and desist all acts of fun immediately and continue with the mandatory whining as per the TOS (Note: The TOS does provide free cheese and crackers).

Still having a blast! I see people just click rushing through some of the coolest quests around and it makes you wonder what these people get out of the game... lemme guess, you're at end game now and complaining...

Some aspects of the level of detail is amazing, and I'm not talking about graphics. I'm talking about talking.. talking to all related NPC's involved in a quest... they almost always have new things to say based on where you are at in the mission.... just finished the mission but didn't turn it in yet? Talk to all related NPC's except the quest giver/ender... see what I'm talking about. I can see just about everyone missing all this extra dialog.

Got an NPC tagging along with you? Talk to them after every door you go into... there is a lot of situational dialog.

Lot of boo hoo on the forums. Lot of waa waa waa. Is anyone besides me having fun?

I've played MMOs for a good 10 years. Seen all this many times before. Seen buffs and nerfs. Never once have I changed classes or specs. Good or bad, somehow, I still manage to survive encounters. To tank raids. To...have fun.

Providing constructive information on some disparity in-game is all well in good, but coming on here crying that ZOE loves mages and hates tanks is not useful.

Just sounds like a lot of people not having any fun. Might I suggest a game of Cribbage instead?

Oh, but then... the cards are two stiff to shuffle.

When you read the forums, it taints your perception of the game. Hundreds of thousands of people enjoy the game.

    Hundreds don't enjoy it.

In the game you'll find those hundreds of thousands. On the forums you'll find those hundreds.

Just keep that in mind when you come here.

Been having fun, sad that hederus is so dead. Rewards every 7 days seems like it would draw people. pvp is expensive.

Well, I didn't the first time. But I didn't go crying about it to the world. I quit and told ZOE why in response to them asking why. But, reading about the updates and changes to the game. Thought I'd give it another go.
