Heraldry Guide/Info Please?

So I have a guild and would like to design the tabbards for it but cannot seem to suss out where to do this. In Guild I see the little symbol that tells me heraldry is enabled but that's it. Help a girl out please? Thank you!

Heraldry becomes available at 10 members. Then the Guildmaster (and only the Guildmaster) can design their guild's heraldry from a new option in the Guild screen (Heraldry is added as a fifth button to the list of Home, Roster, Ranks and History). Each element of the design costs a specific amount of gold from the Guild Bank. Any member can put gold into the bank if that privilege is set for their rank.

Okay well we have over 10 members but not 50. So we're able to design our heraldry and we've paid for it...but I can't find where our members can get it as we do not have a guild store.

The guild store can be accessed from any banker, even before you have 50 members (you just are locked out from listing items). However, you can still search "Guild Items" and find the created tabard there.
