Trophy fish are now lootable!

I was fishing just today, and guess what I found? Trophy fish are now lootable, and the blue ones are worth 100+ gold a pop! Nice!

I wonder if there's a bug with the green ones? Those are worth 0 gold... sad...

Do you know if the rare fish stack, or if they take 1 inventory slot each even if they're the same type of fish?

I am not sure if rare fish stack, but I would assume, since regular fish do, that rare fish will also. I'll go fishing some more and test it out for you. :)

I'm also not sure if the green ones being valueless is a bug or not. They certainly should be worth something, logically, but it's up to Zenimax in the end.

Rare fish (both blue and green) stacks.

well , considering that common fish sells for some coins, I can't see why green ones would cost 0 gold... and blue one 110. green ones should be something in the middle...

I hope some dev reads this post and adds this "new problem" to the list of 1.3.3 problems.

Actually Llogwey, this may have been commented upon. Unless I am confusing it with something else.

The same thing happened with green recipes a while back and it was fixed pretty quickly. Just make bug reports when you catch them, then at least you know the ones who need to know are aware of the issue.

Sorry to resurrect this thread but... regarding the green fishes having no value, I'd suggest u send in a /feedback report... I've chatted with them previously and that's what they told me to do...

Also, makes sense as it probably goes to another place (from my experience in customer support...)

So Zenimax fixes fishing, but yet introduces a new bug while fixing it. That's not surprising. Funny thing is when they fix the 0 gold for green fish, they will prolly break fishing poles in the process.
Actually since fishing is a pointless venture, im so glad they spent time fixing a worthless mechanic over real game bugs.

Ignoring your total dismissal of one of my favorite parts of the game, they also broke critter bait when they fixed the unlootable fish. Considering how many patches it took before the fish became lootable, and the fact that they still haven't acknowledged the other related bugs, I highly doubt this is taking priority over anything.

Also, a bit of advice - just because you don't like something doesn't mean it's worthless. Fishing is a calming pastime, and while some people don't like it, others do, it's just all opinion.
