PC Shuts off while Patching

So yesterday I went in and started to download the patch and what to my wonder at 25% my computer completely shuts off without warning. No reboot just shuts itself off. I am able to start it right back up again. Now I have done everything. I have done a Mem Test, I have updated all drivers and my BIOS, checked the system and CPU temp for overheating, I have tested to see if happens when playing other games, or other intensive processes. I have even downloaded another mmo to see if it was something like that. Nope nothing. So I uninstalled ESO and reinstalled it to see if that would fix the problem. Still 25% patching pc shuts off without warning and only for patching ESO. I am beyond frustrated and frazzled and glad my current game time is up because I don't feel the need to pay for a game I can't play.

If someone can help that would be great because I really do want to play but for some reason I just can't patch the game.

An unplanned and unexpected shutdown can be a sign that your power supply is starting to fail or is over it's max.

Most PSU can only support 80% load of the rated max. Brief spikes higher are ok, if you run over 80% the PSU will tend to blow.
