Crashes, bugs and missing things (after update)

Hello.
Now, straight to the subjects:

1. Crashes
As the title says, the game keeps crashing. I'm not even in combat when this happens (and even less in Cyrodiil where crashes are part of the ongoing war, apparently), no, I'm just walking, scrolling, summoning, etc.
Before the new update, it crashed about once a week, if not less.

2. Bugs (NPC's, quests, etc.)
I also found bugs which are still not fixed in months, f.e. the Forgotten Crypt in Deshaan still has no exit door, with every (Pact-) character I had to fasttravel to the outside. It's there when I enter the dungeon and turn around, but it's gone when I come back after finishing the quest. Today I couldn't even finish it since the quest follower didn't keep following and spawned at the entrance after I got killed. I definitely don't want to start from the beginning everytime I die, what are soulgems for then?
Like with other NPC's which just don't show up where the questmarker is, just like before the update. I'm kinda tired of reloading the UI or logout and login all the time, and even then they're still not there where they should be.

3. The Dye Stations
About this new dyeing system: I like it very much, but some of the colors look odd, though. A friend of mine said the "white" looks like dirty socks. Well, it's true.. The colors/dyes don't actually fully dye the armor, it's still like a transparent overlay or something, so some colors look just awful, like you need to do a wash.
Also, at the dye stations it's mostly way too dark, or there are some lights around which falsify the actual colors. I checked some stations in several cities, it seems that this problem appears everywhere.

4. Provisioning and loot at Veteran Rank
I forgot to mention the Veteran Rank areas (Cadwell's Silver, but maybe Gold, too, I'm not that far yet). The ingredients for provisioning are still useless. My highest levels are VR3 and VR1, and I still can only find level 1-15 (or later -25 f.e.) mixed with a few VR5 ingredients. Not to mention any recipes..

Same problem for loot. Ever since 2 of my characters are Veteran Ranks, I suddenly find either white items, or when I get lucky green (both mostly without traits!), and extremely rare now seem to be blue ones. I still don't know how other players get purple loot drops? With having 8 characters, I found maybe 5 purple armor pieces + weapons altogether (!), and the 2 purple recipes I found within about 1 hour in Windhelm, but since they are level 35 foods, they don't do that much anymore. And they are hard to cook since some ingredients you only get from the hireling which only shows up every now and then, apparently. Aaand, I don't have to mention the "oats", I guess.

5. Veteran Rank, Level Up
Very disappointed I've been about another thing (although it's not a bug or such). Before I reached VR3 a few days ago, I was anxious what comes next, as a reward for levelling up, you know. Well.. nothing. Then I did a search here in the forum, I saw the next ones are at VR 6 and VR10. Nice. No.


Well, I got nothing to say anymore for today, hope to see some more opinions on that.
And to the trolls: don't forget to "LOL", followed by showing up in the next bank and dye stations as soon as possible to spam healing spells. We're all close to death in the bank and at the stations, so that's what we really need. Thanks for saving us using a soulgem every 3 seconds.

I haven't had the NPC-not-appearing problem since launch. Are you sure you don't have any addons causing display issues?

And as to the dyes: you need to be way more specific. Which white doesn't look white enough? Which colors look dirty to you? There are a lot of different shades, and some are designed to look more weathered than others. Some are clearly better suited to certain materials, too. That's why there are a lot of different dyes just for black and white.

Have never had that issue with Forgotten Crypts (through 4 characters) or NPC's not appearing, not sure what has been causing that for you.

The crashing is also something I haven't encountered. If it has been happening once a week for you, contacting CS or doing some PC maintenance might be in order.

This also may be nit-picky but...do you really want pristine colored armor? I agree that a lot of the colors are...meh, but we are all traversing through rainy, dirty terrain and delving into caves and dungeons, I'm fine if armor looks like it needs a wash. Also like nerevarine said, it really does seem like some colors go better with certain materials of armor (light/medium/heavy). I used warlord red on my heavy chest piece and it looks pretty awesome, but not as cool on the medium pieces.

Can't really help you on the provisioning mats (I gave it up...I hated feeling the need to search every single barrel and crate but luckily I trade potions for food with a friend) and as far as VR rewards, yeah it's kind of a bummer right now except when you can craft a new tier of armor. Hopefully the champion system, whenever that goes live, will help alleviate this.
