Werewolf Blood Rage passive changed?!

Now in order for the Blood Rage passive to work it requires you to have your ultimate ability slotted? It wasn't like this before? When was this changed?

all the werewolf passives require the ult to be slotted or even worse they require werewolf form.

yes but before the blood rage passive worked when in humanoid form and without any werewolf ability slotted???

Its always been that way check out esohead they haven't updated their skills yet. Sucks because if all the passives stayed active while in human form with any ult slotted werewolf would somewhat be decent.

wow I actually put points into this thinking it was the one useful thing about werewolf. So naturally nothing is useful about werewolf.

It's always been that way for me. You need to have the ultimate slotted to get the 5 extra ultimate points every 3 seconds when you take damage.

I just specced out of everything but devour and bloodmoon. Probably shouldn't have put that point in devour but meh. Got some freed up skillpoints at any rate.
