No I've played plenty but to blame it on the players is just crazy. If Zenimax's servers can't handle the population then lower the server caps until its stable. You can't blame players for getting on and playing.
On a side note I also blame the zerg play style on Zenimax as well.
Let me try to explain to you. IF you let x number of players on the server your equipment better be able to handle all of them in the same place if it can't then lower the number.
If your game mechanics are set up to favor large groups of impulse spammers your servers better be able to handle it.
You can not, well in your case I guess you can, blame players for this. No one is hacking No one is breaking the tos with the "blob" play style hell Zenimax has encouraged this playstyle with many of their design decisions. Its Zenimax problem to fix not the players.
