Is Eso as demanding as Bf4?

Looking at 2gb vs 4 gb gtx 770 and a i5 4690k. I think it will run about 10 fps difference in bf4 not sure about eso.

EDIT: Btw going max on one monitor

If you can afford to buy the more expensive stuff then I'd say go for it, who knows what the future will bring.
