Bretons are half elf half imperial but the king and duke were married to red guards.
Orcs and dwarves are both elves in actuality. It's just orcs are somehow like dark elves and corrupted in a different manner. It would be cool if they brought back the dwarves (only for them to become extinct) or have us at minimum go back in time. The dwarves were originally promised to be in the game but they took a shortcut and went up 200 years with a quests.
Resources I've found.

Good question. I've never seen anything that even hinted that they had ever considered having living dwemer in ESO.StormbrookThunderb wrote: »I am wondering about half-mer? Yes, he was in Morrowind, but did anyone from ZOS ever say that he (or any other living dwemer) was going to be in ESO? I know I never heard anything like that.Royalroacho wrote: »

If you mean draugr, they're not a race, but rather a type of undead; drugar came up with no results on UESP.StormbrookThunderb wrote: »What about some of the races that were not included but were in Morrowind like the Drugar guards?
