Who is ready to sit in hours of queue times!

But seriously does anyone else think one 30 day campaign is going to be horrendous? With queue times of 50 taking sometimes up to 30-45 minutes to get in what exactly can we expect with Thornblade?

I hope it is the same as Wabba was, almost full population most of the time and when it is full, no more than 20 minute waits. That was what I experienced on the EP side and enjoyed the action it had

Well from EU campaign on peak times most nights we had two campaigns almost entire locked and one or two others with two bars.
Pretty sure Thornblade is going to be a mess of queues and lag which ZOS end up regretting, we tried to warn them and got that horrible reply of "You'll be able to PVP somewhere!" as in "Well if you can't play in your home you can go guest!" so meh.

With a complete revamp and shrinkage of the servers and this being the ONLY 30 day campaign it definitely has me worried. Trying to host guild Events prime time when you have 20-30 people is going to be difficult to get everyone in.

I genuinely hope it is not a problem but curious how people feel.

I have a feeling queue times are gonna be even longer than before.
Since two campaigns are Vet or Non-Vet only, that means you only have a choice of 4 campaigns in total. Probably not gonna be any "dead" ones anymore, but I think queue times are gonna be really long now.
We'll see...
Hopefully this will kill Emp farming too.

What makes it worse is they cannot even increase the population caps because the server already can't handle the load of Wabbajack how could it handle this one with MORE people?

There should have been 2 30 day campaigns.... why didn't they poll us or something?

I think they will respond much quicker now to campaign population. Easy to spin up another server if needed. Of course, I could be totally giving them more credit than they deserve ...

I agree with the decision to start with one 30 day campaign...its always better to have to ADD content to your game than DECREASE content. We will see what happens. I think some people underestimate how many people will play the other campaigns.

im on the vet only campaign. I don't want to deal with the queue times and the lag until it gets looked at.

Yeah I'm worried about this as well but I guess only time will tell how it goes.

Looking forward to getting together with my guild in chat and hang around in the queue on the 30 day campaign for hours, because clearly that's our objective here...

I would have thought (I may be a bit optimistic here), that with the reduced amount of campaigns more hardware would've been available for the new 5 campaigns and therefore being able to raise the population cap somewhat, but as there has been no words on that, I guess campaign queue is where I'll no doubt end up in mostly

Simple solution, merge ALL servers into one, increase or remove the cap of population to what is needed, add 10x more keeps to take, increase the area by 10x

Well I do agree adding is better than removing. However I disagree with their choice of server types.

I would have removed the 7 day and instead had 2 30 day a 14 day and 2 5 day Vet and No Vet

I really see no need for vet only campaigns since the pre vets will have their own and that was the problem for them

I think the servers will be balanced out more. The 7/14 day campaign is still the same as the 30, just mean s they get rewards and more leader-board resets then the 30 day. that means more people will have an opportunity to become emperor in the 7 or 14 day campaigns as the boards will reset more often.
