First you need someplace online to store your images online (I use G+ myself) like photobucket, Flickr, your own web server, etc.. Once you accomplish that, you need to copy the image's Url.

Then you use the forum's BBCode image tag to embed the image. Which is easy to do by clicking on the insert image icon in the thread/reply editor's toolbar.

Kept it Templar themed while retaining an ESO-friendly style. Full breton light armor. Lots of different shades used in different places on each piece of armor. Boots and inner legs look a little more yellow in the first screenshot than they actually should, thanks to where / how I took the screenshot. In reality, it looks more along the lines of the gold up top.

I finally get Daedric Motif, get my full set and dye to look bad ass....


Then ZOS sends me this hot little number for hitting V6 (I didn't know I was getting it)


Now I'm torn. I know it's not really related to dyeing and I've already posted 2 shots, but I just had to post the irony.

I find Imgur easier because I don't have to sign in.

All that is important is making sure your character is facing a light source... Light up that face!

In my opinion Dunmer look the best in all lighting (Humans too), Altmer look the worst in darker/bad lighting, not sure about the other races...

Or you could just press Tab(Alt) and also hide the UI (Character menu also activates a "face light",like when you talk to NPCs).

My first few sets of armour dyes are very "monochrome" but I think they work pretty well-



Blanchette, breton sorcerer, in V1 vestments of the warlock. I wanted a kind of pale ghostly witch


Eoenselende 'sErenhrys Eis, altmer templar healer, in royal yellow because every altmer is royalty

Then there are a couple where I've done very subtle dyes because the default colours were pretty close to what I wanted already


Al-Taneen, redguard dragonknight, currently with coat of the red mountain in default colours and everything else dyed to go with it


Gethyn, bosmer nightblade, sort of waiting for me to unlock some dark greys (I've got mid grey and pure black but nothing inbetween) but really I'm just adding a bit of green to the default earthy medium armour colours

Those eyes look freaking amazing. Is that due to natural shadows or some sorta eye markings in Character creation?

Its due to natural shadows and picking the darkest eye color available.

I haven't made a male character yet lol

New colors and armor for my wood elf Elsametia.



Now, I have a slight problem here... the main color on my top is Thalmor black. In order to match that, I had to use Soulshriven grey on everything else because the black is substantially darker on everything else. I don't exactly like this greyish look but it's as close as I can get at the moment. I think I'm gonna try experimenting with other chest pieces in different styles though, hopefully I'll find something.
