What do you wish from ESO as TES game?

Lets forget for a minute it is MMORPG. As a TES, i think i would like to see few things added and some changed.
Here comes small list of my wishes.
-Truly open world. As of now, you are restricted to certain area by level. You can not go very far from what your level is. You need to be able to explore any area without being killed by a cow.
-Quest in which order YOU want. Questlines and mainstory plus similars aside. All sidequests should be open to any level, anywhere.
-Classless games, open all skill lines to 1 character so you can build your own character as character
-Option for mini and public dungeons to be private for you or your group. It is quite an immersion killer when sneaking in a ruin. Closing on enemy who is unaware of you... POOF! 3 players come from my back and hack that and all other enemies doen in a blink of an eye. Often there is no mobs in these instances and its just a tunnel run to objective.
-Quests have more options and consequences, even SWTOR has more consequences for taking a certain line in a quest.
-Be who you want to be from the beginning. Main story should have options for evil characters as well as the whole world be done as evil. Hopefully justice system will bring something to this. No quests abut at least something.
-Equippable spells. Maybe spellcrafting will bring them.
-Being able to use low level armor in high levels or more precisely, use armor that looks like starter armor. Same for weapons.
-Mobs and players should not be able to hit you from 5 meters with small dagger and so on. I
There. This is my biggest wishes. Please add yours and forget that it is MMO. They pwomised a game which feels more like TES than MMO so lets stay on TES side for now.
