Lag spikes and roll-backs on [EU]Wabba.

We were on Wabba today and the lag spikes and roll backs were unbelievable. Apparently it's been like this since Wednesday.
It's not just individual players either, but the whole raid! Everything just freezes apart from yourself and it's the same for everyone. Our raid was on TS so we knew when it occurred for everyone. Tickets have been sent and the air turned blue...
I've heard some EU campaigns are having the same issue and some aren't. Not sure which though
