Game crash after character selection.

After character selection when the graphics for the loading screen come up the game crashes. The submit dialog box does not have a error code that I can use to try to troubleshoot my computer with. The problem started last weekend after the launcher downloaded the last patch. I never had a problem before that.

I have updated all my graphics drivers,windows drivers, and audio drivers hoping that it would solve the problem.

Then I completely wiped ESO from my computer and did a fresh install.

I am using Avast AV, but I have it completely shut down before I bring up the launcher.

Any help would be appreciated because I really enjoy playing this game and want to continue playing.

try repair the game option:

after a patch, I sometimes need to do it, to fix what ever the patch "destroys"

I did a complete wipe and reinstall last night.

and then you installed patch again have u tried repair the game yet? its a build in feature takes like 2 minuets

Had that happen this morning, after a game restart it let me in. Just posted a generic non descriptive "you had an error" message.
