✭✭✭✭✭Yes, the 3rd Person Camera needs to be Centered. Toggle or not.
I would imagine that if this was a toggle, the vast majority would choose Centered. It is one of the most popular mods for Skyrim.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

That just takes a height adjustment or rather a pivot point adjustment. There are times now pulled back that I am looking through my character to target things depending on terrain.
