I believe he is talking about the npcs in the main city in craglorn ..if you listen to their convesation, they speak of an Arena in Dragonstar.

✭✭✭✭✭As Lumomancer said, Dragonstar Arena will be coming with the "third region of Craglorn" (possibly in Update 4?) and will be like a Trial but for 4-players. Timed - Set Numbers/Waves of mobs - fastest time wins
Endurance - Unlimited/Increasing Waves - longest survival wins
(No reason too why this couldn't be done for 2-man and 4-man groups)
