I saw this, and for a brief moment, I was excited as I thought ZOS had increased stacking potency runes to 100... then I realized they always stack beyond 20 at the crafting station.

Circuitous✭✭✭✭✭Potency runes stacking to 100 is coming with Update 3, though. It'll be okay.
