redo dungeon story

Hey,
Once I've completed a dungeon, story and all, can I go back with my Vet toon later on and redo a normal dungeon, story and all? Just asking, cause with grouping, look like nobody got time to listen to NPCs so just wanted to know if it's possible to redo a dungeon from the beginning. Even if drop and mobs level are ridiculously low.
