Healing Ward not working.

Healing ward should heal me for the remaining amount of shield health after effect ends. Half the time I get no health restored even though my health bar is showing a large shield amount left. It will some times continue not to heal me for multiple casts as I'm running off mobs but taking next to no damage.
Another ability I noticed that's not working for me was Inner light from mage guild skill line. Maybe it should be this way but whenever I use the ability in combat my character menu does not display any additional critical chance added to my total.
Is anyone noticing these problems or is it just me?

KariTR✭✭✭✭✭I can't answer for the ward, but my spell crit percentage on the character sheet does increase by 20 when I apply inner light. Are you sure you aren't inadvertently switching bars and knocking it off?
Having said that, display issues with the sheet aren't unheard of. I wonder if you use an addon that may interfere with the information displayed? If you do, try disabling addons and then check the figures.0
