Two major bugs: Permanent Root, and Complete Character Unresponsiveness

These bugs have been around since beta. When will they be fixed?
Perma-root: you cannot move, but everything else works fine. You can cast spells, drink potions, swap weapons, etc. You just can no longer move, you are permanently rooted.
Complete Character Unresponsiveness: opposite of the above. The ONLY thing you can do is move. You CANNOT use any abilities, swap weapons, stealth, mount, use a potion or other item, or even block.
Again, ZoS, when will these be fixed?

✭I used to have the problem with the character unresponsiveness. I discovered it's because my modem would somehow glitch out. I would have to exit the game and reboot my cable/internet modem. Cable company game me a new modem and I haven't had the problem in a couple of weeks.Fernwood, EP Haderus NA

✭I can fix both issues with a simple logout/login (dont even need to restart the game, just relog). However, this poses problems in PvP.0 -
Arandear✭✭✭Simple Log out/Log back in works for me to fix both of these. Rarely get these glitches though.0 -
spectre303✭✭✭I've been having these issues continually since launch, not every day but regularly. Since the latest patch the perma-root is back bad. Ive been getting that one multiple times a day the last few days. Saying it doesn't happen often is not the case. Relogging does fix it but that is not a viable option while defending/taking a keep. you can't just call time-out while you take 3 minutes to relog and if theres a queue then you might get really screwed. Galalin✭✭✭✭✭Logout/login doesn't help when youe in the middle off fighting.... and this is sickening already... they need to atleast acknowledge it then not fix it as usual.
