Magicka, Stamina, Health breakdown

I have 1800 Mag, 1900 Stam, 2200 Health including food buffs. Use 12/12/25 breakdown, and have all armour buffs on Mag/Stam.Am a VR6 DW/Bow NB, mainly use Assassinate class skills.

I've seen so many people say pumping all skills into Health and then buff armour with mag/stam enchantsthe way to go. But I need my stam and magicka to be reasonably high for how I play.

I would be interesting to see what other stats, breakdown people are using and what their M/S/H totals are.

I get 3 shot with more health. This way I can do more damage.

The amount of damage boost you get this way might not be significant than the sustain you get from having more health. We call builds like yours glass cannon. And yes, your-like nightblades are always instakill in cyrodiil. If you really want to run glass cannon, you should never be on the horse. But having more magicka and stamina could be helpful in many situations as well so it's really up to you.

If I get caught in my horse, then I die. That's fine. A nightblade has to kill quickly, the skills I want to use have no room for sustained and lengthy attacks . I have no middle, I have a good opener, and finisher nothing in the middle. I don't see how effective you could be effective with low magicka/stamina as an NB.

In beta when you put a point in health you got 1.5x as much health as you got sta or magicka (150 health, 100 sta 100 mag), but glyphs were even. (100,100,100).... so it was always better to put stats in health because you got more return than if you used health glyphs.

Since release glyphs have been patched, so even level glyphs give 1.5x as much health as other 2 stats, so it no longer matters where you put attribute points and you can make up the difference evenly with glyphs.

In reality it is better if you mix it up, but really only in 1 case. If your armor breaks and you have 100% points in health your skill damage and resource pools will be crappy.

Good point Re the glyph ratio for health to stamina, magicka. I die so o often due to latency that 800 extra health may help me sometimes. But I'd rather use the skills I have when I want to. Still be interested to see what breakdown people have.

The best way to put your stat points is the distribution that minimizes the amount of points over the cap in your main stats. The stats give you more control than the glyphs.This of course doesn't matter anymore after a point ~VR6 when are already overcharging your main stats by as much as possible.

My NB runs with 2k, 2.9k, 2k atm in Cyrodiil, I use vampire mist to avoid damage if I am targeted while in a group and it works really well.

Im at 1984 mag 3050 health and 1995 stam. Im a VR 12 NB. I completely destroy everything in PvP. Triple stat purp food helps as does emperor bonus.....

The reason people say go all health is due to Trials, there's pretty much a standard you should have 2500+ hp. I'm imperial so I can get away with having 19/magic/30 health due to my 12% add to health racial.
