ZOS. Vampire passive "Undeath" STILL does nothing. When will you actually fix this broken passive?

The vampire passive "Undeath" does not work.
It's been many months to fix this, but it's still 2 points that does absolutely nothing.
You going to fix this anytime soon or just ignore fixing the passives in the game....?
You aware of this passive not working?

Because we (as in the vamps in my guild, including myself) have tested it extensively both in PvE and PvP.
The vampire passive Undeath simply does not work at all.
This bug has been reported before, its not news that this passive is broken. ZOS has just ignored it for 4 months now, while it's been reported as not working the entire time.4 -
Nala_✭✭✭✭They've also ignored the bug with healing ward not healing you at the end if you sprint anytime during its duration. I don't know how many times i can report bugs to ZOS, but they're more concerned with adding dyes and guild kiosks then fixing bugs that the community has been reporting for FOUR MONTHS!1 -

The vampire passive "Undeath" was broken in beta and there are still a few bug like that, its just not 'high' on their list. This passive was the only reason I want to keep being a vampire and might re-look at being a vampire again if they ever fix this. In the mean time, being human is the way to go.
If werewolf's had good passives that trigger when in human form (as werewolf form is too weak end game) then I might look at that, but for now, its only good for going back to newbie zones and scaring new players.Edited by Natjur on July 28, 2014 10:14PM0 -

A vampire cares little for regeneration. I take my health from others. Because of this my witch can solo + dungeons, with 8 man groups and walk away at 100%, my tough sorc has no chance in those. With between 800 and 1250 fire resist, the pyros are not a big problem, she does do them first though. even before healers..
You have got to be a vampire if you are going to play one.3 -

✭The 75% of my health regen part of being a vampire is never been an issue that is why almost all vampires are at stage 4, it means nothing as everyone has some kind of heal and no one relies on health regen.
But once your at end game, and max spell resistance, the fire vulnerbility starts to be an issue as adding extra fire resistance when at the spell resistance cap does nothing and you can only ever resist 50% of the damage.
So a 4k fire attack will do 2k of damage to a normal V12 player at max resistance but do 3.5k damage to a vampire V12 at max resistance. This can be an issue.
Also the swarming bats ultimate is nice for non veteran dungeons when soloing, but really not that useful end game. If the vampire passive "Undeath" worked.... then the fire damage would not be so bad.Edited by Natjur on July 28, 2014 11:12PM0 -

Rather than scaling up to 50% it scales to more like... 5%

✭✭✭Tested with a v9 wolf, because their attack rotation is incredibly basic.
Skilled me for 242 damage while I was above 50%.
Skilled me for 196 damage while I was at 10%
Regular attacks hit me for 117 while I was above 50%
Regular attacks hit me for 94 while my hp was at 9%

I think the problem is the way it is worded. One would think that when you hit 50% life, you will start taking 50% damage. This would be nice, but instead, it scales based on your hp.
The reason people are saying it doesnt work is that most of the time, we are taking large hits and the 50% damage reduction doesnt look like it's working.0 -
Nala_✭✭✭✭This skill maxes out at about ~10% damage reduction, even when youre at 1% life. It's bugged, broken, hasn't worked properly since beta despite the hundreds of thousands of reports. Welcome to Elder Scrolls Online, where dye and guild kiosks are more important than the game functioning properly.1

Not at all. She is pure Altmer Mage, well not so pure I guess. Not sure what the DK thing is.
Running around Coldharbor and she is now generating so much ultimate that 1 Dremora is about 30% of my Bats Swarm requirements. Went a bit crazy swarming everything in sight.Edited by poodlemasterb16_ESO on July 29, 2014 6:43PM0 -
