Stuck Underworld in Dwemer Ruins

Twice now in 2 different Dwemer Ruins I have been knocked into a pipe underworld, the mobs then slaughtered me, but I could not hit them. At 1st i thought i was just ordinary stuck, so upon resurrection i discover i am now stuck with no way to get out but port to wayside, and re-kill my way into where I was & having to re-do all the quest because I left. Jumping, crouching, crouching jumping at the same time, trying to recreate what put me there backwards, every possible direction resulted in failure. I could not target and kill mobs right in front of me, and they did not see me.

Did you submit a bug report?

Being slightly underground like a regular dwemer was too moderate for you?
