Guild's banks and shops load time and item sorting

Hey guys,
Is it just me or it takes forever to load the Guilds' bank or shops content? 9 times out of 10, I have to quit the UI and ask the teller again. And again. And again... And no, I'm not spamming my "E" key, each time I leave it a fair amount of time to load but how long is "fair" exactly? 10 minutes?!..
And I haven't figured out how items are sorted in ANY of our inventories: character's, bank, shops... Alphabetic order? No. Level Up (or Down) order? No. Color order? No. Last acquired? No (well, yeah for the very last). Light, medium, heavy? No. Potions - drinks - food? No.
Honest, it looks completely random to me - sometimes it takes me forever to find the item I'm looking for (especially with food or ingredients - and my "Q" key works randomly too which doesn't help). Has anybody been able to figure this out 'cause "random" does not quite sound like the appropriate sorting system to me...
