I have recently got my Sorcerer to lvl VR 12 and I'm looking for some advice with what gear I should use and spells. It is said I need to have 700+ DPS for trials. Are there any experimented sorcerers around here with that kind of dps willing to share how they do ?

Restoration is a perfectly valid school of magic, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! - Spells and incantations for those with the talent to cast them!
Check that but read all comments becaus the build change and to be frank, sorcerers are the lowest prio class for trials. Sorc dps can not compete with DK and NB for trial (1200-1500 dps), so in the end only one or two sorcerers are needed for negate. Same with templars, only one or two needed really, speaking speed runs now under 10 min for HR and AA, slowers groups could need more negate etc. Still a sad fact that sorcs dps in trial sucks in general, there are exceptions but still too few to make it worth a trade for DK or NB.
The build above is nice but for me it just doesn't do the job in the trials.For me the best sorc trials dps build is crushing shock, it does descent dps and can be sustained with a little magicka management.
Single target rotation is simple, inner light always on, cast critical surge (must ALWAYS be up to boost your weapon dmg to the desired point), open with a heavy attack followed by crushing shock, spam light attack+crushing shock, use crystal fragments when it procs, refresh surge and use symmetry (you can replace the elemental ring aoe skill in first bar for single target boss fights) as needed, when near 20% weapon swap and spam endless fury (with light attack if you can).For aoe just cast surge and then spam elemental ring thats all.For ultimates flawless dawnbreaker will take a slot but hey it will boost your weapon dmg abilities (light/heavy attack,crushing shock,elemental ring) for a whooping +13% dmg, the rest can vary depending on the boss, atronach is cool for some extra dps when suppresion field isn't needed.As for the healing springs in the 2nd bar its mostly for charging the utlimate between fights or provide a little offheal if its needed (can be replaced with anything for fights)
As for gear i go for standard 3aether,3 willows,3 soulshine (only v10 available) jewelry with +13 spell dmg each and the for rest 2 gear slots i mostly use 2seducer for that extra regen in bigger fights but occasionally change to 2 martial knowledge for +magicka (1st boss in AA for example) or 2twilights for extra HP (3rd boss in AA for example).
With this setup i do more than 1000dps on bosses like 1st+2nd bosses in AA and a little lower around 800dps on fights like 3rd and last AA bosses.
