The Bloody War Campaign (PvP idea) (Don't come here if you are a tl;dr person)

Now, this idea I just came up with while looking at a map of Cyrodiil, it may not be fully clear as to how, but thats besides the point.

Ok, so in addition to arenas being added in to expand ESO's PvP systems (I have asked for it many times, might even ask for it again sometime soon) I was thinking, dangerous buisness I know, that perhaps there could be a special, every other month, campaign that works a bit differently. Alright time to get down to business...
____________________________________________________________________________
Campaign title: The Bloody War

What is it: The Bloody War campaign is a specially designed campaign that allows players to fight in a non stop PvP only version of the game, where they only can access Cyrodiil and only Cyrodiil, that is only open every other month.

How to enter: While creating a character in the "Create Character" menu, players can select to have their new character to be flagged for the "Bloody War", and after Creating their character, it will be instantly boosted to the highest level available (v12 for now), and have access to every skill of every class.

Wait... did you say "have access to every skill of every class"?: Yes I did! The method behind my madness in this case is that it would allow players that are participating in this special campaign to be able to have really far out creative access on how they want to go about slaughtering millions upon millions of enemies. My thinking is, they are creating a near godlike character that is skilled in the art of war and has studied the fighting styles and abilities of every class in the game. Players would, however, be limited to only 150 (reasonable?) skill points, and in order to respec they would need to spend Alliance Points at a special Cyrodiil Respec shrine.

Requirements: In order to create a "Bloody War" character, the player must have a character of at least Veteran 1 on their account, or a character that is at the maximum level for the game.

Character Menu: On the character menu, players are only allowed to have one character that is flagged for the "Bloody War" campaign at a time, and this character is located in a special section under the normal characters at the bottom of the character list that is separated by a line.

Every other month: The special campaign is only open every other month to players. This adds a semi competitive feeling in the campaign since it would have a strict time limit for the alliances to gain as many points as they can before it closes for a full month. During an off month from the "Bloody War", the player's "Bloody War" character would be greyed out on the character list and unable to be selected, or the "Play" button underneath the character would be greyed out and the player would be unable to enter the world with the character.

Would characters get deleted: No, they would just become inactive until the off-month passes. Players would, however, be able to delete and recreate a new character at any time while the campaign is active, but it would reset their points for rankings (see just below) and they would need to redo all their skill selections from scratch. The reason why this would be available to do is because, while a single character would have access to every class skill, they would not have access to every racial passive, so a player might want another race's passive. Also, people might just not like the way their character looks :P .

Rankings: Rankings for the special campaign would act differently than the normal campaigns, for example, players would start out as being an "Untested Volunteer" and they would work their way through "Untested Volunteer", "Untested Recruit", "Untested Tyro", etc. and when they get to the end of titles, it would reset to a new rank set, such as "Blooded Volunteer". This ranking system would also need to be easier to move through, requiring less points than the normal campaign title system due to its size, but still time consuming to move through.

Rewards: After every month that the "Bloody War" occurs, the scores of every alliance and every player are marked, and based off of those scorings, players would receive rewards that are available to every character on their account. Only players of the winning faction would be eligible for rewards. For participating in the special campaign, winning players would be rewarded with the highest title they achieved on the "Blood War" campaign, such as "Blooded Volunteer" or "Bloodthirsty Volunteer", and depending on their score and/or if they got to the absolute highest rank, they would be rewarded with the title they got to as well as a straight up "Bloodthirsty" title. along with titles, players of the winning faction would have access to a special war equipment vendors in normal Cyrodiil that sell special styles of PvP gear, cosmetic costumes, pets, etc. that players would have access to purchasing based on their score in the "Blood War" campaign.

Ideas for titles and rewards:

Title ranks: Untested, Blooded, Brutal, Savage, Nightmarish, Vampiric(?), Daedric(?), Bloodthirsty, The Bloodthirsty.

Costumes: Costumes of the characters from the cinematic trailers for high ranking participants, and well... whatever your art team can think of, and reward them based on rank with the shiny ones that look super awesome being awarded to high ranking participants.

Pets: Battle Stewards, Armored Critters, Mini Daedra, whatever the art team can think of?

Mounts: For the super elite high ranking participants, I would ask that mounts be awarded. Some ideas I was thinking of were horses with the heads of different enemy races attached to them, armored horses, armored guars, skeletons horses, and whatever that beast thing that Dunmer ride on (there was one in the Dragonborn expansion for Skyrim, I forget what it was called but it looked like a Netch sorta, but much bigger", and also armored netches.

Winning: So, just to be clear, winning would just go off of whichever alliance scored the most amount of points while this campaign is going on.

The reason behind me thinking and wanting all this in the game is that it would add competitive Cyrodiil PvP in the game that perhaps ZOS could use to do competitions with and special stuff.... idk, it just seems like a cool idea to me.

Also, quick note to ZOS, please, please, please, please add Arenas to this game, thank you :)

Also, in order to keep it somewhat even and to have it so every faction has somewhat of an ability to recover and have a fighting chance, for the first two weeks of a "Blood War" month, if an alliance gets beaten all the way back to their home base, they are immediately granted a "[Faction Leader Name]'s Boon" which grants them 20% increased Damage, Health, Magicka, and Stamina. Or just increased Health, Magicka, and Stamina. So, for example, if the DC gets beaten back terribly and they are just dead in the campaign, they would be granted "Emeric's Boon".

After those first two weeks though.... yer on yer own kid.....

Also, again :P , in order to keep this system integrated well and able to co-exist with the normal Cyrodiil campaigns, this system would need to firstly be implemented after the upcoming Cyrodiil change.

The every other month system is put in place so that people do a little of both, instead of one for 24/7.

Also, in order to keep the campaigns equally used, they could work off each other. I already stated above how the "Blood War" would help the normal world, what with the titles and rewards and cosmetic what nots, but the normal campaign could also help and encourage the "Blood War" campaign. For instance, lets say your performance in the normal campaign could grant you 24 hours of reduced alliance point/gold cost of siege weapons and repairs on the "Blood War" campaign. Or, lets say you performance on the normal campaign could grant you 12 hours of a defenders bonus where you have 10% more health, magicka, and stamina while defending keeps, and the same could be done for when you are attacking keeps.
